How much is shipping?

For all U.S. orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $3.95, no matter how much you order. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days.
U.S. delivery: 5–10 business days after processing
International delivery: Typically 7–20 business days, depending on your location

Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept PayPal only. It’s fast, secure, and allows you to pay with your PayPal balance or linked card. We’re working on adding more payment options soon!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we proudly ship worldwide! Shipping fees and estimated delivery times for international orders will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I return an item?

Absolutely. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Just contact us at office@home-favorite.com to start the return process.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! If something arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
